A summer job that turned into a company.
Ivy & Oak started with one truck, a push mower, and a route of twelve yards off Stateline Road. The route grew because people talked. The crew grew because the route did.
Today we run a handful of small crews out of Southaven. Same crew on the same yards, same day every week. It’s a simple idea, and it’s the reason most of our customers found us through a neighbor.
How we work

Planting and hardscape projects get a scaled drawing and a plant list. No surprises on install day.
Fixed price, in writing.
Projects are quoted as a fixed number. Mowing is month to month. The invoice matches the quote.
Leave it better.
Blown clippings, closed gates, coiled hoses. We treat the yard like we’ll be back next week, because we will.

Who’s behind the mower

Ivy & Oak began as a summer job that never ended. Today it is a small Southaven crew that still runs the same routes, knows which yards flood and which ones bake, and answers the phone with a first name.
