Lawn Care Programs
Weekly mowing, edging, and trimming on a schedule you never have to think about, plus fertilization and weed control tuned for Bermuda and Zoysia.
Southaven · DeSoto County
Weekly lawn care, landscape design, patios, and irrigation from a Southaven crew that shows up the same day every week and leaves the gate closed behind them.
What we do
One crew for the mowing, the beds, the patio, and the sprinklers. Fewer trucks in your driveway, one person to call.
Weekly mowing, edging, and trimming on a schedule you never have to think about, plus fertilization and weed control tuned for Bermuda and Zoysia.
Beds, borders, and foundation plantings designed for DeSoto County heat, drawn up before we dig so you know exactly what you are getting.
Paver patios, walkways, fire pits, and retaining walls built on a proper base so they still look right in ten years.
Smart sprinkler systems that water the lawn instead of the driveway, and drainage that keeps your crawlspace dry when it rains sideways.
Spring and fall cleanups, hedge and shrub trimming, leaf removal, and storm cleanup when the weather does what Mississippi weather does.
New lawns and full renovations with locally grown Bermuda, Zoysia, or fescue, prepped, graded, and rolled so it takes.

Who’s behind the mower
Ivy & Oak began as a summer job that never ended. Today it is a small Southaven crew that still runs the same routes, knows which yards flood and which ones bake, and answers the phone with a first name.
We’re not the cheapest bid you’ll get. We are the one that shows up when it says it will.
Meet the crew
From the neighbors
Our front yard went from the worst on the street to the one people slow down for. They drew the plan, walked us through every plant, and it looked exactly like the drawing.
Same crew every week, same day every week, and they actually close the gate behind them. That is worth more than the price difference.
They fixed the drainage problem three other companies told us to live with. Backyard has been dry through two spring storm seasons.
Sample reviews written for this demonstration site. A live site would show verified customer reviews.
New weekly or biweekly customers in Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, and Hernando. We’ll measure, quote, and mow the first visit at no charge so you can see the difference before you pay for it.
Sample promotion for demonstration. Offer terms would be set by the business.
Where we mow
Our routes run out of Southaven, so most of the county is a short drive. If you’re on the list, you’re in the regular service area with no trip charge.

Most Southaven lots run between $45 and $85 per visit depending on size, edging, and obstacles. We measure from the satellite view and confirm on the first visit, so the quote you get is the price you pay.
Mowing programs are month to month. Landscape and hardscape projects have a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
Bermuda in full sun and Zoysia where there is some shade. Fescue can work in deep shade but needs more water in July. We will tell you which fits your yard before recommending sod.
Yes. Planting and hardscape projects come with a scaled plan and a plant list so you can see the finished layout before we break ground.
We carry general liability and workers' compensation and hold the Mississippi licenses required for pesticide application and irrigation work.
